Wa: CEO of Radio Waa donates 11 Aloba motorbikes to John Dramani Mahama
The Chief Executive Officer of Wa based Commercial Radio Station RADIO WAA 92.1FM , Alhaj Alhassan Osman Gbangu has supported the course of the NDC in the Upper West Region with 11 Apsonic 150 Aloba Motorbikes to be presented to constituency Youth organizers of the umbrella family in the region.
The Motorbikes were presented to Former President John Dramani Mahama who also handed them over to the Upper West Regional Chairman of the NDC, Abdul Nasir Saani (Chairman Bunas).
Presenting the donation on behalf of Alhaj Alhassan Osman Gbangu, at the Dillagio Hotel in Wa on March 9, 2024, Hon. Issahaku Nuhu Putiaha former Mayor of the Wa Municipal Assembly acknowledged the significant impact the Radio Waa’s CEO has been making towards the growth and development of the NDC adding that, today’s gesture was never the beginning but 3 consecutive times during election years.
For his part, President John Dramani Mahama on behalf of the National Democratic Congress expressed his profound gratitude to the NDC Financier for always supporting the course of the NDC and urged the party leadership in the region to put into judicious use, the resource (11 motorbikes) donated to them.
President John Dramani Mahama further challenged the NDC regional leadership to use the motorbikes and execute the Agenda 11/11 task.
Meanwhile, the NDC Upper West Regional Chairman, Abdul Nasir Saani on behalf of the party thanked President John Dramani Mahama and Alhaj Alhassan Osman Gbangu for the support and assured the NDC 2024 Flagbearer of their commitment of winning all the 11 parliamentary seats of the region for the NDC come December 7, 2024 polls.
Former President John Dramani Mahama is currently touring the Upper West Region as part of his 2-day visit to the Region. He has been engaging with traditional authorities, party faithful and opinion leaders in the Upper West Region selling the NDC 24-hour Economy Policy to the people of the Upper West Region.
He also urged citizens of the region to consider giving their car to an experienced driver instead of falling as prey for a reckless driver’s mate.
