A vote for Hajia, Dr. Bawumia is a vote for jobs-Hajia Humu
The ruling New Patriotic Party’s parliamentary candidate for the Wa Central constituency, Hon. Hajia Humu Awudu has strongly stated that the NPP has the future of the youth in heart and committed to providing them with jobs adding that, a vote for the NPP is a vote to retain the job security of the youth.
She stressed that, the incumbent Member of Parliament in his recent radio interview opined that he can’t provide jobs for the youth rather, the youth must embrace the habit of job searching in order to secure job for themselves.
She described the MP’s statement as an admission of his inability to serve the job needs of the youth hence her plea to constituents in the Wa Central to entrust her with their mandate to continue to pull development to the Wa Central Constituency and create more job opportunities for the youth.
Hajia Humu furthered that, her performance as a parliamentary candidate in terms of provision of jobs for the youth has outshined the NDC’s Member of Parliament for the Wa Central Constituency insisting that the NPP is the panacea to unemployment in the constituency.
“If you are here as a youth, your MP said on the radio that when you complete school search for your own job, nobody will help you get a job, he said he can’t provide you with a job, he said it is not his responsibility to provide you with a job, in this constituency if you want a job who do they direct you to…? Hon. Hajia Humu! if it is about jobs who do they call! Hajia Humu, if it’s about women who do they call! Hajia Humu!” she exclaimed.
The NPP 2024 Wa Central Parliamentary Candidate promised constituents that judging from what she has been able to do for the youth in terms of job provision, if she is voted into power as MP and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as President of the Republic, she will ensure the youth are employed across the security services and other areas.
“I want to appeal to you to vote for me and Alhaj Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia come December 7, 2024 and Inshallah if I become your MP I will ensure that you’re recruited into the fire service, immigration, police services, I will ensure that the women, our mothers get credit facilities to do business, I plead with you all to come out on the 7th of December 2024 and vote for me and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for us to win and bring you development” she noted.
The NPP Parliamentary candidate made the appeal to the Wa Central constituents on July 23, 2024 during a community connect as part of the Vice President’s visit to the Upper West Region.
